For the successful candidate who:
- Has excellent people skills
- Possesses management experience/expertise
- Has at least 2/3 years experience in the pest control or similar industry
- Has a stable work history with good references
- Has a good 5 year driving record
- Is drug free (required to pass a pre-employment drug test)
- Can pass a background check
- Is a self-motivator who works well on his/her own
